I work in partnership with individuals and organisations across the private and public sectors to facilitate positive transformational change in a way that is safe and self-sustaining.

Working with individuals as a holistic coach I am committed to helping clients in every aspect of their life, truly helping to transform mind, body and spirit. While many other life coaches focus on careers, life style or emotions individually, a holistic life coach tackles them all together.
My approach to coaching is heartfelt, intuitive, and deeply personal. I believe that wellness isn't just about hitting the gym or eating your greens—it's about finding joy in everyday moments, nurturing your inner peace and creating a life that feels truly fulfilling.
With experience in Local Government, Higher Education Institutions, and NHS Professional Services; I am committed to helping identify and improve performance, supporting clients to structure their development in line with individual and organisational priorities and goals.

Free introductory session
In this 40 minutes session I’d like to get to know you, explore your current challenges and together we will find the underlying issues that need to be addressed. I will answer your questions and map out how we will work together for you to achieve your objective, improve your life and become empowered and joyful.
Personalised package
Depending on your needs, we will agree the next steps with a tailored coaching package catered to helping you address any challenges or situations you are facing as well as tips for how to stay engaged in your growth.
Regular maintenance
Holistic Coaching is about providing a trusting, enjoyable and learning space, where we can come back to when and if needed again. A regular catch up either as felt needed by you or on a 3 to 6 months basis, will ensure that your journey to self improvement is kept on track and learnings are strengthened on regular basis.
